Presentation: #Socon2011 The Social Consumer Journey

Putting the consumer back into the consumer journey...that's what businesses need to do. Logical purchase paths may seem sensible, but human emotion, identity and behaviour makes us all diferent, and we will choose the journey that is right for us....thank you very much.
