It may be obvious to us "digital natives" (a term which probably makes you cringe), but to business it may not be so. This being, the behaviour many of us now adopt when being made aware of something. We pick up on a "stimulus" which captures our attention and pricks our curiosity; we then reach for the nearest Internet device and research it further. Google believe this action "ZMOT" is the most influential in our purchasing behaviour. If you have some time to spare, it's worth reading the "book" they have put together.
