A friend and colleague of mine, @TonyClement, brought the following diagram to my attention a couple of weeks ago. It's been produced by Brian Solis and JESS3, who have been creating some really useful infographics and such recently. I read and reread the description, twisted and turned the diagram every which way, but I'm not sure what it's telling me. Of course, I may be being totally thick here. It looks a little over complicated and is completely brand centric, and hence I'm struggling. Any enlightenment is most welcome.
