The future of marketing: The underlying message is worth considering

This video was produced by PhD for an industry conference to provoke discussion. It has been met by a lot of anti feeling, which you can see on their YouTube channel. However, if you can ignore the stage school cheesiness in the video and focus on the messaging, what is being said is quite true. I would add however, this will most likely happen within 3 to 5 years instead of 10.
